International students are you studying and need a study and clean student accommodation option on the Gold Coast? Book a single room in our international student house at Benowa.

Each room has :

1 single bed
1 single desk and 1 chair
1 lamp
air conditioning
1 wardrobe
Linen
Towels

At the house, all guests are welcome use the shared communal areas including:

A fully stocked self catering kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, plates, cutlery, cooking equipment
A kitchenette upstairs
A laundry wish washing facilities
The outdoor decks
Pool area
Garden Area
2 Lounge areas

Cost is $350 per person per week (4 weeks to 12 weeks lease)

Cost is $300 per person per week if 13 weeks or more

Rent includes a furnished room, water, electricity and wifi-internet.

Bond is 2 weeks rent (ie $700 per person)
